To guarantee you have a safe stay, everyone over 12 years of age must certify that they meet one of these three requirements:
VACCINATION CERTIFICATE Official document stating that you have been fully vaccinated within the 8 months prior to your trip or have received at least one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine authorised by the European Medicines Agency (EMA) or by the WHO within the past four months and no less than 15 days prior to your trip.
NEGATIVE COVID-19 TEST RESULT All approved tests (PCR, TMA, LAMP or antigen tests) taken no more than 72 hours prior to arrival in the Canary Islands are valid
IMMUNITY CERTIFICATE Official medical certificate or public document stating that you have had and recovered from the disease within the past 6 months.
THESE REQUIREMENTS DO NOT NEED TO BE MET IN THE FOLLOWING CIRCUMSTANCES:
If you can prove (via your travel document) that you have been in the Canary Islands for the past 15 days (and state that you have not left the archipelago during that time).
If you prove that you have been outside the Canary Islands for no more than 72 hours before arrival (and that you were in the islands for the 15 days before that and also state, under your own responsibility, that you have not had any COVID-19 symptoms during that time).
THIS TOURIST ESTABLISHMENT WILL DENY ACCESS TO ANYONE WHO DOES NOT MEET THE ABOVE CONDITIONS.
As an exception, if you do not have any of these three certificates, we will tell you the name of the closest clinic or laboratory where you can take a COVID-19 test and we will authorise you to enter and stay at the establishment for the time strictly necessary to allow you to get your result. You will not be able to leave your accommodation unit during that time.
We recommend downloading and keeping the RADAR COVID contagion notification app enabled on your mobile during your stay in the islands and for the 15 days immediately following your return to your place of origin.
