To enjoy all hotel services, it is mandatory to open a credit line upon arrival. Cash payments are not accepted at points of sale.

EARLY BREAKFASTS: From 7:00 am with prior reservation (please inquire at reception)

BOUTIQUE: Floor 2. Hours: 09:00 to 17:00 hrs

MINICLUB: from 4 to 12 years old. Hours: from 11:00 to 13:00 and from 14:30 to 16:00 

TOWELS: we inform you that hotel towels (textiles) are for exclusive use within the premises. All our textiles have a built-in sensor that detects when they leave the establishment. We remind you that reserving sunbeds is not permitted. If this occurs, our staff will proceed to remove towels and other personal items.

Pool Towel Change from 10:00 - 13:30 and from 15:00  - 18:00.

We live on an island with scarce water resources, and we are very committed to sustainability. Therefore, if you wish to change your pool towel during your stay, you will be charged €1, which will be donated to charity.

DELUXE ALL-INCLUSIVE PROGRAM: 

  • Meals, premium brand drinks, cocktails, and snacks
  • 2 dinners per person per week of stay to choose from our 3 themed restaurants: Restaurante La Tosca, Restaurante Sakura Teppanyaki, and Restaurante italiano La Serata (with prior reservation and subject to availability) 
  • 10% discount on treatments at the Despacio Beauty Centre and Hairdresser 
  • 10% discount on accessories from the H10 Boutique
  • Complimentary minibar (replenishment with charge)
  • The service ends daily at 24:00, except on the day of departure when it concludes at 12:00

Upon your arrival, we will provide you with the « Hotel-pass » containing your reservation details, which identifies you as a hotel guest. We kindly request that you carry it with you at all times. 

If you wish to receive visitors during your stay, please contact our Guest Relations department.

You can inquire about the presence of allergens in the food available. If you have any allergies or intolerances, please inform Reception or Guest Relations.

If you have special mobility needs, we have a hydraulic chair in our pool. Please contact Guest Relations or our lifeguard staff.

We remind you that appropriate attire in every area of the hotel will help create a pleasant atmosphere for everyone. Please avoid walking barefoot, wet, or shirtless throughout the facilities. 

Daily free bus service from the Hotel to Las Américas.

If you would like information about extra services, such as: Privilege Service, changes to your booking conditions, room type, board basis, etc., please feel free to check our promotions

We appreciate your cooperation in vacating your room by 12:00 on your departure day.

The hotel facilities are for the exclusive use of registered guests.
