Our Reception department is open 24 hours a day to attend your needs. You can visit us directly or contact us by phone call, dial ext. 9 / 808

In order to enjoy all the hotel services, it is mandatory to open a room credit upon arrival. No cash payments are made at the points of sale.

EARLY BREAKFAST: From 07.00 with advance reservation.

BOUTIQUE: Floor 2 . Hours: 09:00 to 17:00 hrs

TOWELS:  We inform you that the towels (textiles) of the hotel are only for exclusive use within the facilities, all our textiles have a sensor incorporated that detects the exit of the establishment. We remind you that it is not allowed to reserve hammocks. If this happens, our staff will proceed to remove the towels and other personal items.

Change of towels in the pool area from 10:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

We live on an island with scarce water resources, and we are very committed to sustainability, so if you want to change your pool towel during your stay, you will have to pay €1, which will be used for charitable purposes.

PRICE OF MEALS (DRINKS NOT INCLUDED):

  • Lunch: 25€
  • Dinner: 31€

ALL INCLUSIVE DELUXE PROGRAM: 

  • Meals, drinks from top brands, cocktails and snacks.
  • One dinner per person and week of stay in our a la carte restaurant La Tosca and in our Asian restaurant Sakura Teppanyaki (with prior reservation and according to availability)
  • 10% discount on treatments at Despacio Beauty Center and hairdresser.
  • 10% discount on accessories from the H10 Boutique.
  • Free minibar (replenishment with charge)
  • The program finishes each day at 00.00 am, except on the day of departure when it ends at 12:00 pm.

* Any extra service not included in this program will be charged extra.


The “Hotel Pass” provided on arrival with your reservation details is your identification as a hotel guest. We kindly ask you carry it at all times.

If you wish to receive a visit from anyone during your stay, please contact our Public Relations department.

Detailed information regarding the presence of food allergens is at your disposal. If you suffer from any food allergy or intolerance, please inform our Reception or Public Relations department.

If you have special mobility needs, a hydraulic chair is available in our pool. Contact Customer Service or our lifeguard staff.

We wish to remind you that the correct dress code during your stay at our hotel will help to create a pleasant ambiance for all. Please kindly avoid walking around the hotel wet, in bare feet or without a t-shirt.

Free daily shuttle bus from the hotel to Las Américas.

If you would like to receive information regarding additional services such as: Privilege, changes to your reservation conditions: room type, board, etc., please do not hesitate to consult our promotions.

The hotel facilities are for the exclusive use of staying guests.
