We inform you that the Guest service department (rrpp.hca@h10hotels.com) will be available during your stay to give you information about the privilege service, advise you about our cuisine and assist you in everything you might need for your stay with us to be unforgettable.
The opening times of the Privilege Reception are from 09:00h till 16:00h and the extension number is 816.

The Lounge Privilege is available from 08:30 am till midnight with bar service with selection of national drinks, TV and Internet.
La Tosca Restaurant *, à la carte restaurant (under reservation, depending on availability and contracted regime).
Sakura Teppanyaki Restaurant * (under reservation, depending on availability and contracted regime).
* The reservation can be made from our TOTEM located at the reception, or through our APP.
Privilege Area: Chill-Out area with spectacular views of the sea, infinity pool and Jacuzzi (only for adults), sand area, Balinese beds, hammock area and special details every hour. (11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.)
Change pool towels at the pool area from 10:00 till 13:30 and 15:00 till 18:00h .
It is not allowed to hang towels on the balconies. We remind you that it is not allowed to reserve hammocks. If this happens, our staff will proceed to remove the towels and other personal items.
